CX Services Ltd looks to take the core principals and experience of DDL into the future by offering clients a customer experience that exceeds expectations.

Having been with the company since 1995 and working his way through the business from data capture operator to technical services manager Greg's in depth knowledge of the company gives him the experience necessary to lead the company as MD. His outside activities include coaching with the local youth football team and raving it up at the weekends to techno music!

Graduate from the University of Strathclyde with a degree in Computer Science. Over 5 years development experience with the company. Bit of a fitness freak who can often be found training when not in front of a computer.
CONTACT CENTRE SERVICES DIRECTOR
Taking over management of the contact centres in 2017 was natural progression for Andy who has outstanding customer service through to his core along with leadership skills and the drive to deliver on Client SLA’s. Along with some friends, he hosts a show and creates podcasts for a local radio station talking about movies, TV, video games, science and technology.
