In preparing surveys for dispatch the ID number on the survey and the recipient on the envelope must match.  Colour logo envelopes can be requested, along with the supply of a prepaid return envelope for completed surveys.

Follow up postcards, or other methods of communication channels, reminds participants of survey deadlines, appointments, or any additional information required. Follow up postcard mailing is a positive, yet cost effective manner of following up with selected participants to boost engagement rates.

Data Capture

A bespoke data capture database, mirroring the layout of the physical survey is developed to allow responses to be captured in a quick and accurate manner.
